Operating within the constraints of an existing footprint and within a multi-occupancy building required a detailed understanding of the structure, load paths, and the potential impact on adjoining properties.

As part of our service, we produced a comprehensive structural condition report alongside detailed calculations to support the Licence to Alter agreement, ensuring all proposals were robust, compliant, and suitable for approval prior to the commencement of works.
